WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Support for special group and travel agency partners
- Acquiring new customers in the area of special group travel
- Active customer contact management, customer communication and customer base maintenance
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Conception, realization and implementation of training courses and events
- Independent collaboration in projects, special topics, product and market analyses
- Helping to shape technical development in the areas mentioned
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have a degree in tourism or comparable commercial training,
Professional experience in a travel agency or in the sales department of a tour operator? - Are you familiar with the use of common IT systems?
- Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills?
- Are you enthusiastic about travel and customer-oriented work?
- Do you have a high level of personal responsibility, initiative and commitment?
- Do you have a perfect command of written and spoken German?
- Are you willing to travel at home and abroad?
