Position description

• At our location in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) you will be responsible for the global organization, booking and processing of business trips
• Together with our business travel team, you will support the global QIAGEN subsidiaries
• You will also be responsible for master data maintenance with Amadeus Smart Flows, as well as the administration of travel agency cards and employee company credit cards
• You will process any complaints that arise and take care of invoice verification

Position requirements

• You have successfully completed training as a "travel agent / tourism agent corporate service"
• You have several years of professional experience in the business travel sector
• Very good knowledge of AMADEUS Selling Platform Connect (Command Page) including experience in ticketing and with the usual MS Office products
• Fluent German and English round off your profile. Other foreign languages are a plus, not a must
