Full-time

Your Responsibilities

You thrive on responsibility: In our agile environment, your app squad is waiting for you. In a leadership role (as Product Owner), you’ll successfully initiate, manage, and bring technical initiatives and app projects to fruition.
With a clear understanding of priorities, you’ll maintain and structure the product backlog, formulate concise user stories, and ensure that ideas are turned into solutions.
Along the way, you’ll define technical requirements in collaboration with local and international stakeholders, and create and prioritize work packages.
Your contributions are also highly valued in international, bank-wide project work, and you’ll maintain close collaboration with product management, business departments, IT, and Risk. This means that projects—from requirements gathering through the technical concept to successful implementation—are in the best hands with you.
You also have a confident grasp of regulatory processes and governance for your assets: You combine regulatory compliance with a spirit of innovation, thereby contributing to sustainable and secure product development.
Through the systematic analysis of existing processes, customer feedback, and usage data, you identify opportunities for optimization in cost-effectiveness, quality, and customer experience.
Together with product owners and customer journey experts, you translate your insights into technical concepts and customer journey maps that deliver real added value.
From technical design through implementation and testing to the launch of new features, processes, and systems—you’re involved from start to finish and ensure that progress is visible and quality remains measurable at all times through clear guidelines, process documentation, and transparent reporting.
With your expertise, you’ll also manage external service providers, ensure smooth collaboration, and keep your squad on track for success.
