(Senior) Sales Manager - Business Development

We are looking for an experienced tourism sales professional with a strong "hunter" mentality to acquire new customers in Southern or Eastern Germany, who will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of individual customers and gradually expand this portfolio with their own business contacts, leads and target-oriented sales strategies. The focus is on acquiring, activating and sustainably developing new customers for TBO.

Your tasks:

  • Active development of the TBO brand in the tourism market (leisure & business)
  • Acquiring new customers through cold/warm acquisition, networking and creative sales tactics
  • Maintaining and expanding the acquired customer portfolio
  • Creation and implementation of sales strategies
  • Participation in trade fairs & events, competition analysis
  • Training new customers & adapting the platform to local needs

What you bring with you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry with a corresponding agency network
  • Proven success in B2B sales & new customer acquisition
  • Independent, goal- and success-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Very good written and spoken German & English skills
