Your Responsibilities

• Personalized consultation and planning of exclusive custom trips
• Creating customized travel proposals and itineraries
• Communication with international partners, hotels, and tour operators
• Product management for your destination areas: maintaining and expanding our exclusive portfolio, selecting new hotels and destinations, and collaborating with partners worldwide
• Supporting our clients before, during, and after their trips
• Helping to shape new travel ideas and concepts in the luxury segment

Your Profile

• Training in travel agency operations or tourism, or a college degree and relevant professional experience
• A passion for travel, service, and high-quality consultation
• Very good knowledge of common booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Bistro Portal, Tour32, or comparable systems)
• Good command of English and a passion for working with international partners
• In-depth knowledge of destination regions and personal familiarity with luxury hotels
• Strong communication skills over the phone and during in-person consultations
• A team player, empathetic, and with a keen sense of the needs of discerning clients
