Your area of responsibility
- Contact for travel agencies for all questions relating to the booked vacation trip by phone, email and chat
- Change bookings (e.g. postponing dates, rebooking flights or hotels)
- Help and show solutions for special questions (e.g. combination or group travel)
- Cooperation with other departments (e.g. accounting, flight and hotel purchasing)
Your qualification
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training, alternatively practical experience in the field of tourism (also students)
- Enjoy making phone calls and have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- High quality and service orientation
- Reliability and team spirit
