Software Product Manager Tourism (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Interface function between users and programming as a competent contact and consultant for dozens of well-known tour operators in Germany and abroad
- First/second level support in close cooperation with customers
- Clarification of tourism-related support requests relating to our software
- Extension and optimization of existing modules in consultation with the tour operators
- Project management: development of structured requirements, cost calculation, testing, documentation, rollout of new features
- independent preparation and implementation of training courses, workshops and presentations for our customers and interested parties
Your profile:
- completed commercial training – ideally with professional experience in tourism/tourism IT – but newcomers are also welcome!
- Knowledge of content (hotel/flight/train) or tourism sales tools (CRS/GDS) is an advantage – but not a must
- service-oriented mindset, enjoyment of contact with people
- independent, structured way of working, hands-on mentality
- analytical skills, problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and team spirit, high sense of responsibility
- good written and spoken communication skills (German/English)
