Supervisor (m/f/d) Operations
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Manage travel processes: You coordinate the consulting, booking and handling processes to ensure smooth and high-quality support for our customers and partners.
- Ensure quality standards: You pay attention to compliance with operational standards with partners and initiate improvements where necessary.
- Service quality and cost-effectiveness: You ensure that our service meets customer expectations and economic requirements are adhered to.
- Crisis management and communication: In crises, emergencies and complaints, you will be responsible for case coordination and, if necessary, direct communication with customers and service partners.
- Team management support:You prepare staff appraisals, coordinate training and are the contact person for flexitime arrangements.
- Collaboration in day-to-day business: If your day-to-day work allows, you will also lend a hand with operational tasks in the team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Have you completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience, ideally in tourism?
- Are you an organizational talent with strong time management skills?
- Do you communicate clearly and confidently, even in challenging situations?
- Are you proactive and willing to actively shape change processes?
- Can you express yourself confidently in written and spoken English?
- Are you not intimidated by technical processes, systems and software applications?
