Our hotel operations team is all about optimizing our hotel offerings and ensuring they’re presented flawlessly from a technical standpoint. You’ll serve as the link between hotel procurement, systems, and partners, ensuring that our hotel products are reliably bookable and meet the highest quality standards.

We’re looking for a team player who’s passionate about the travel industry as well as technical processes and systems. Here are your responsibilities:

  • You will create and carefully maintain hotel master data, ensuring that relevant product information is fully and accurately reflected in our systems.
  • Quality assurance for external bookability is one of your key responsibilities. In this role, you’ll review technical processes, identify discrepancies, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • You’ll analyze technical system errors, systematically investigate their root causes, and actively work to improve processes and interfaces in a sustainable manner.
  • Together with your team, you’ll contribute to the strategic and technical development of our systems, processes, and products, and bring your own ideas to the table.
  • Through your work, you’ll help ensure the hotel’s operations are future-proof and actively contribute to the further development of our company.

Here’s what you should bring to the table:

  • A completed vocational training program in tourism or a comparable qualification in the tourism sector.
  • Professional experience in the tourism industry, ideally with a tour operator.
  • An interest in technical processes, systems, and interfaces.
  • An analytical, structured, and self-directed approach to work.
  • Initiative and a willingness to familiarize yourself with complex topics and continuously acquire new knowledge.
  • Assertiveness, combined with friendly and confident communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
