Your area of responsibility
- Contact person for our customers for all questions relating to the vacation trip already booked by telephone and e-mail
- Change bookings (e.g. rebooking flights and hotels, upgrading meals or room category)
- Registration of additional services (e.g. sports baggage, special customer requests)
- Contact person for the tour guides in the destinations for questions about existing bookings
- Managing the team and coordinating daily tasks
- Contact for colleagues and support with questions as well as passing on technical and company-related information
- Induction of new employees and trainees
Your qualification
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training, alternatively professional experience in the tourism sector
- Multi-year experience in telephone and written customer service
- Enjoy making phone calls and have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in leading a team is an advantage
- High quality and service orientation
