Teamlead Sales & Service Team (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- professional and disciplinary management of a selected group of employees in the sales and service team
- Further development and coaching of team members with regard to sales strategies, service quality and digital tools
- Responsibility for achieving KPIs (e.g. conversion, customer satisfaction, response times) and regular reporting
- Quality management and continuous optimization of processes and workflows
- Conducting job interviews and selecting new employees for the team
What you bring with you:
- completed training in tourism or a comparable qualification
- several years of experience in managing a customer service team, ideally in e-commerce and tourism
- strong customer focus, hands-on mentality and leadership skills
- Enthusiasm for digital topics
- very good communication skills and organizational talent
- very good German and good English skills
