Tourism clerk
for business travel (m/f/d)
To support our team, we are looking for reinforcement as soon as possible and throughout Germany on a full-time or part-time basis from 30 hours.

- You already have some experience in corporate service
- Flight, hotel and rental car bookings in AMADEUS are no problem for you
- You have already familiarized yourself with the interfaces of OBEs such as Cytric, Atlatos and Concur

Your tasks as a tourism clerk for business travel at MfG
Your work will focus on providing independent advice and support to our customers when booking new business trips as well as during and after the trip, primarily in the areas of flights, hotels, rental cars and rail.
You and your team will also be the first point of contact for our travelers with questions about online bookings in the respective booking portals.
Know-how and skills needed for this job
- Professional experience in travel agency, business travel or travel management
- Experience with AMADEUS and/or Midoco
- very good knowledge of DB and IATA
- You are no stranger to Cytric, Atlatos and Concur
- very good written and spoken German and English skills
- confident handling of MS Office
- Enjoy engaging and solution-oriented customer discussions

Our two offices are located in Unterhaching near Munich and in Düsseldorf and we offer 3 workplace models: 100% office, 100% home office or hybrid working on a rotating basis.
