In our department, everything revolves around the perfect vacation experience - from selecting the best hotels to smooth bookings. As a Tourism Clerk (m/f/d), you are the interface between hotel purchasing, our partners in the destinations and the customers. You will ensure that our product portfolio grows, quality standards are met and every booking runs smoothly.
These are your tasks:
- In close coordination with Hotel Purchasing, you will expand our product portfolio and ensure that our quality standards are met at all times.
- Together with our partners in the destinations, you will ensure smooth cooperation.
- You will maintain master data and process bookings - including changes and special requests.
- As a competent contact person, you will answer customer and travel agency inquiries quickly and in a friendly manner.
What you should bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in tourism.
- Practical experience in tourism - ideally with a tour operator.
- An independent, cost-conscious and customer-oriented way of working.
- Assertiveness, an analytical and structured way of working and a confident manner.
- A friendly and confident way of communicating.
- Enjoy working with booking systems and an interest in technical processes.
- Good written and spoken English.
