Your tasks
- You will inspire and advise our members and customers expertly on worldwide travel destinations and sell local and long-distance travel.
- You will be available to our members and customers as a contact person for tourism-related questions and compile information, products and services for them.
- They provide our members and customers with expert advice on the valuable benefits of ADAC membership and on all questions relating to mobility.
- They look after the safety of our members and customers and recommend suitable insurance policies.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a travel agent or tourism agent or already have experience in tourism sales.
- You are characterized by service-oriented thinking and an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- You enjoy dealing with people and working in a team.
- Your strong customer orientation makes it easy for you to inspire our customers.
- You are familiar with the standard tourism booking and sales systems.

This is us
The regional club ADAC Südbaden e.V. was founded in 1904. Today, almost 80 employees work in our six branch offices in South Baden. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
