The regional club ADAC Hessen-Thüringen e.V. was founded in 1904 and currently has over 2.2 million members. Around 350 employees work for us in Hesse and Thuringia in our 16 branch offices, 11 travel agencies, two driving safety centers, two call centers and our Frankfurt headquarters. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
Your tasks
- Whether in person or on the phone: you inspire our customers about vacation destinations worldwide and advise them on all travel matters.
- You actively create enthusiasm, convince our customers of our wide range of travel services and thus persuade them to book a trip.</li
- With your first-class service, you will easily win new customers and strengthen the bond with existing customers.</li
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your training as a travel and tourism agent
- Thanks to your combination of strong communication skills, service and sales orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people, you are always able to inspire and convince our customers
- It's clear that you also have excellent specialist, product and destination knowledge to be able to provide our customers with first-class advice.</li
We offer
We provide you with a job ticket for the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) if you live and/or work in the RMV area or pay you a travel allowance if you use public transport outside the RMV for journeys between your home and your first place of work.
As part of a permanent employment contract, we offer you the option of leasing up to two bicycles via payroll accounting. You can of course also use these privately - stay fit.
