Reisebüro Wagner has been operating successfully in the lively Rhine-Main region since 1986. From a "one-man office", it soon developed into a lucrative business with numerous new and regular customers. In the meantime, 10 employees fulfill the travel wishes of our valued customers. Our office is a member of the cooperation "Holiday Land" and brokers the entire range of tourism. Special emphasis is placed on our own organization of coach trips, club trips and river and ocean cruises.
Your tasks with us:
- competent individual advice and inspiration for our customers on worldwide destinations
- active sales of travel-related services
- Communication with our service partners
- Participation in the development of target group-oriented trips
- Organizing and planning our group and reader trips
- Support in the creation of marketing activities and travel descriptions
Your qualifications:
- first professional experience in tourism, completed training in travel or completed studies in tourism
- Good product and destination knowledge
- Knowledge of industry-specific booking systems (e.g. Amadeus Bistro, Iris...) as well as in the mid and back office desirable
- customer-oriented advice and enthusiasm for traveling
- open-minded and friendly appearance
- Organizational talent and ability to work independently
