You can expect a varied role with plenty of creative freedom: You’ll manage existing group tours, coordinate a wide range of services, and actively help design new travel packages. In this role, you’ll be able to apply your tourism expertise, take on responsibility, and grow both professionally and personally.
Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage and administer existing group bookings and ensure smooth processing
- You’ll keep a close eye on expiration, option, and cancellation deadlines and ensure they’re processed on time
- You request room lists, forward them, and coordinate them with the respective contacts
- You’ll book hotels and other travel services independently and coordinate the corresponding processes
- You will prepare travel documents and vouchers and ensure they are complete and available on time
- You’ll assist with the management and maintenance of hotel and service provider contracts and ensure reliable,
collaboration with our partners - You will develop creative travel concepts from the initial idea through cost estimation to the finished, attractive all-inclusive package
Your Profile
- You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification. An apprenticeship or degree
in the field of tourism is the icing on the cake - Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in the tourism industry—but motivated professionals and career changers are also
very welcome here - With your independent and structured approach to work, as well as your strong organizational skills, you’ll be able to keep track of many different tasks—
- You enjoy communicating, are a team player, and stand out for your reliability and flexibility
A strong sense of responsibility and high standards for quality set you apart - You have a solid command of English (at least B2 level) in both spoken and written forms
- You enjoy coordinating various tasks and processes while always maintaining a clear overview
