Permanent position | Full-time or part-time
Your responsibilities as a Travel Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
- Ensuring the availability of our group travel products by managing flight quotas (increases/reductions)
- Negotiating with airlines regarding additional capacity and prices in collaboration with the flight procurement team
- Ensuring compliance with negotiated contract terms, such as release, name, and ticketing deadlines
- Implementing measures in the event of flight cancellations, schedule changes, etc.
- Supporting the team in crisis situations, e.g., during strikes
Your Profile as a Tourism Business Specialist
- Completed training in tourism
- Knowledge of “Amadeus” is desirable
- Structured, independent work style, high level of commitment, and team spirit
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking
- Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
