Tourism specialist for our travel agency in
Detmold (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- You are responsible for providing our customers with specialist and individual travel advice and act competently and professionally when dealing with our customers
- Your daily tasks include the service- and success-oriented brokerage of package and modular tours from all well-known tour operators and our own travel products
- You ensure long-term customer loyalty through a high level of service and customer orientation based on a strong awareness of quality
- You will develop and implement marketing activities related to our travel agency
What you should bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training in tourism and already have professional experience - preferably in a travel agency - with in-depth knowledge of the destination
- Independent, competent and friendly interaction with customers is just as natural for you as a conclusion-oriented and independent way of working
- You have a high level of service orientation and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of the common tourism booking and sales systems (Sabre / Merlin, Jack+, Bistro) and / or other systems as well as good MS Office skills and written and spoken English are required
- Knowledge of BLANK is also an advantage
