Cruise meets the art of combination – your chance to rethink travel!
Our Cruises department creates the perfect all-round carefree experience: we combine cruises with hotel stays, suitable flights and all necessary transfers to create unique travel packages that provide our guests with a comfortable and carefree travel experience from start to finish.
Thanks to your reliable and service-oriented way of working, you will become the central interface between travel agencies, shipping companies and travelers and ensure that every trip is professionally accompanied with your expert support.
These are your tasks:
- You will provide travel agencies with expert advice (by phone and email) on our cruise combinations and know your way around shipping company-specific processes.
- From simple information to complex cases: you handle booking-related processes with confidence, think along and find pragmatic solutions.
- In close cooperation with the shipping companies, you clarify open questions and ensure that our customers experience smooth processes.
- You keep internal and external knowledge content up to date, for example FAQs or entries in our knowledge databases.
- You will also develop your expertise in the new email system: you will maintain templates, optimize existing modules and help shape communication professionally.
What you should bring with you:
- Completed training in tourism (e.g. tourism agent, travel agent) or a comparable qualification.
- You communicate in a service-oriented, clear and friendly manner (in writing and on the phone) and remain calm and professional even with demanding or challenging partners.
- You are proactive: You think actively, work independently and like to think outside the box to drive solutions forward.
- You are characterized by a reliable, careful and structured way of working – even when several processes are running in parallel or during seasonal peak periods.
- You are confident in using MS 365 and are willing to familiarize yourself with shipping company portals and new systems.
