Tourismspecialist (m/f/d) for customized group tours
For our group department we are looking for an experienced tourism specialist (m/f/d) in full-time (40h).
Your tasks:
- Purchasing, calculating and preparing individual group offers for long-standing partners (associations, clubs, groups of friends, etc.) and new customers
- Customer advice and support, negotiations and correspondence with service providers
- Participation in travel fairs, planning and participation in customer evenings if required
- Preparation of travel documents
What you need to bring with you:
- We expect you to have completed a tourism apprenticeship or a degree in tourism
- Ideally, you have professional experience in a travel agency or with a tour operator
- Good destination knowledge and personal travel experience worldwide
- PC skills with the usual Office programs and Amadeus
- You work reliably and as a partner in a team
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good knowledge of English for correspondence with our incoming agencies
