TUI Cruises GmbH is one of the leading cruise operators in the German-speaking world. The joint venture between TUI AG and the US cruise company Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. employs around 750 people in Hamburg and Berlin. On board the ships, 136 positions are managed directly by TUI Cruises GmbH. A fleet of seven ships sails for the Mein Schiff® brand. Since the end of 2020, the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises brand has also been part of TUI Cruises GmbH with a fleet of currently five ships. The Mein Schiff® fleet offers contemporary vacation cruises at sea in the premium segment (Mein Schiff 1 to Mein Schiff 7). Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is the leading luxury and expedition cruise brand in the German-speaking world with a 130-year history. (MS EUROPA, MS EUROPA 2 & HANSEATIC nature, HANSEATIC inspiration and HANSEATIC spirit).
TUI Cruises operates one of the most modern, environmentally and climate-friendly fleets in the world. In the course of sustainable growth, two more new ships are planned by 2026.

Travel Agent Manager (all gender) for the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises brand
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Competent and efficient handling of telephone vacancy, option and booking inquiries including reservations, rebookings etc. from end customers and sales partners with the aim of achieving a high case completion rate
- Handling all flight-related processes
- Collaboration in projects, active participation in the further development of the team and its processes
- Achieving the defined key figures for the travel agency team
- Supporting the entire Hapag-Lloyd Cruises Services department as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Completed tourism or commercial training and/or professional experience in tourism
- Above-average sales and sales orientation
- Solution-oriented and forward-looking way of thinking
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Assertiveness, i.e. consistent and cooperative interaction with interfaces (internal/external)
- Precise and careful way of working, i.e. eye for detail, especially deviations and errors in written communication with customers
- Ability to structure work processes independently and to complete them on time
- High resilience and flexibility
- Confident and confident communication
- Confident knowledge of common booking systems (DaVinci, START Amadeus)
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office
