You will process high-quality travel and concierge inquiries from our premium customers by phone or email in a call center environment and advise them on vacation trips, airlines, hotels, trips with international shipping companies and rental cars as well as on in-locations and hotspots in culture and lifestyle – regardless of the region of the world. In short: you embody the very best service for our customers.
Do you have experience in looking after demanding customers, e.g. in the hotel and hospitality industry, and call center experience?
