Your role
As a travel consultant at FAIRWEG, you are more than just a salesperson. You are an ambassador for fair travel and inspire customers to make their vacation dreams come true in an environmentally conscious way.
Your tasks in detail
- Individual advice: You provide customers with comprehensive advice on planning their dream trip and find the perfect combination of adventure, relaxation and fair travel.
- Travel design: Create tailor-made travel offers that meet both the individual wishes of our customers and our vision of fair travel.
- Bookings: Take over the professional handling of booking processes.
- Customer care: Build long-term relationships with your customers and take responsibility for their care.
Your profile
- Enthusiasm for travel: You have a passion for travel and want to share it with others.
- Fair travel: You are interested in making travel fairer and want to make a contribution to this.
- Consulting talent: You enjoy dealing with people and can explain complex issues in an understandable way.
- Sales talent: You are a sales professional and convince customers.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and support your colleagues in achieving common goals.
