Here are your responsibilities:
- As a Travel Consultant (m/f/d), you’ll provide our customers with personalized and expert advice as they plan their vacations.
- You’ll book package tours, cruises, long-haul trips, and other travel products from well-known tour operators.
- With your service-oriented advice, you’ll create unforgettable travel experiences and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Your enthusiasm for travel helps our customers find the perfect vacation destination.
- You’ll support our travel agency’s marketing activities and contribute your own ideas for customer acquisition and retention.
- Together with your team, you’ll ensure high-quality advice and excellent customer service.
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- A completed apprenticeship as a tourism business administrator, travel agent, or a comparable qualification in the tourism industry.
- Ideally, some initial professional experience at a travel agency, with a tour operator, or in tourism sales.
- A passion for providing personalized customer advice and selling high-quality travel products.
- A passion for tourist destinations, vacation trends, and travel destinations around the world.
- Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a friendly demeanor.
