Individual travel is your passion and standard packages are not enough for you? Do you think in terms of special itineraries, love to make travel dreams come true and would like to contribute your experience to tailor-made long-haul trips? Then Explorer is the right place for you.
These are your tasks:
- With a keen sense for individual wishes, you will work out high-quality trips and broker them to our partner sales department.
- You will advise travel agency partners personally and competently, both by telephone and by e-mail.
- You develop creative and tailor-made itineraries away from classic standard products with great attention to detail.
- Creating and booking complex travel services is just as much a part of your daily routine as an eye for detail.
- From planning to return, you ensure that the trip runs smoothly.
- You independently integrate international service providers and partner agencies into your daily communication.
- You will actively contribute your own ideas for new products, inspiring travel offers and the further development of our service processes.
What you should bring with you:
- Ideally, you already have several years of experience in tourism sales or professional travel planning.
- Your passion for travel, foreign cultures and individual vacation experiences is tangible and shapes your work.
- You have in-depth knowledge of long-distance and individual travel, complemented by your own travel experience.
- An independent, structured and service-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you.
- Advice, sales and direct interaction with partners are fun and in your blood.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.
- You have already gained some experience with tourism booking systems such as TripBuilder, Amadeus, Cockpit or Midoco.
