Your challenge
You will process service changes and contingent adjustments for our hotel partners.
Your daily business
- Input of contingent increases, release changes and stopsales/freesales
- Checking special hotel rates for automated entry
- Processing of service changes (e.g. early hotel closures, overbookings)
- Manual and automated entry of bookings from external sales partners, e.g. bed banks
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in data entry and processing
- Strong focus on quality and service
- High level of commitment, flexibility and team spirit
- Good MS Office skills
