WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • You are responsible for the season preparation and follow-up and select shore excursions
  • You are also responsible for data creation in MXP
  • Long and short-term schedule input is part of your daily business (e.g. preparation of the basic program or support of the teams on board)
  • You will be responsible for trip preparation and follow-up, including excursion cancellations and changes as well as processing guest feedback
  • You will always keep an eye on product monitoring and quality assurance, initiate appropriate measures if necessary and provide feedback to our agencies
  • You will be involved in the development and implementation of new product and marketing strategies, including capacity management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have completed training or a degree in maritime shipping or maritime tourism
  • You have professional experience in maritime tourism (e.g. shore excursions) or in a comparable position on board a cruise ship
  • You are characterized by geographical knowledge and sound destination knowledge in the usual cruise destinations
  • You have conceptual and analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, careful, structured, deadline and goal-oriented way of working
  • Good organizational skills as well as a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and resilience are a matter of course for you
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English as well as a good command of MS Office round off your profile
  • You are willing to travel in your new job
  • Not a must but desirable: knowledge of MXP
