Do you love service, know tourism from practical experience and can keep track of complex bookings? Then become part of our service team at EXPLORER Travel and support our travel professionals in daily sales - flexible, mobile and with a lot of creative freedom.
These are your tasks:
- Advising and booking all incoming travel agency inquiries from internal and external travel agencies
- Customer loyalty through the best possible service
- Representing the interests of the Explorer Group in sales and with service providers
- Carrying out and following up on rebookings, cancellations and complaints
- Sending documents to customers and travel agencies
- Support with back office processes
What you should bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
- Several years of professional experience in tourism will ensure that you are familiar with travel sales processes.
- Ideally, you will have experience with software solutions in the tour operating or travel agency environment.
- Good knowledge of tourist destinations, products and partners round off your profile.
- Teamwork, flexibility and a friendly demeanor are a matter of course for you.
- Your way of working is characterized by a strong service and customer orientation.
- You explain complex content clearly and are happy to pass on your knowledge to others.
- Structured, goal-oriented working methods and customer-centric thinking are among your strengths.
