Yield Management Employee (m/f/d)
Permanent position | full-time
Your tasks
- Allocation of travel dates to routes and airports
- checking and ensuring the availability of trips
- Contact person for e.g. overbooking requests from the customer service department
- Control of contingents / tenders to achieve the desired capacity utilization
- modification of contingents before / in the event of rebookings, relocations, optimizations or contingent returns due to e.g. stop sales
- Creation of alternative dates or requests for additional allotments from colleagues in product management with subsequent entry of any additional allotments into the system
- Communication with the flight and bus department to improve capacity utilization/tour planning & continuous improvement of routes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or completed studies
- Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
- Good understanding of figures and analysis
- Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Goal-oriented team spirit
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident written and spoken German skills
