Your Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting our corporate clients in the area of business travel
- Processing and booking flight, train, hotel, and rental car reservations
- Supporting the continuous optimization of our workflows and processes
- Ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Independently processing travel requests in accordance with client policies and travel guidelines

Your Profile
- Completed training as a tourism business administrator or travel agent with a focus on business travel, or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of Amadeus and Farelogix
- In-depth knowledge of IATA and Deutsche Bahn
- Strong service orientation and a passion for customer interaction
- High level of motivation and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent command of German and strong written and spoken English skills
- Strong affinity for online booking solutions and digital processes
