As a Flight Contracting Manager, you’ll ensure that we secure attractive flight terms, reliable partners, and competitive offers for our customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external airlines and actively contribute to the further development of our product portfolio.

Flight Contracting & Procurement

  • Negotiating and finalizing flight quotas, terms, and contracts with airlines and other partners
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with airlines and service providers
  • Managing and further developing the existing flight portfolio

Market Monitoring & Analysis

  • Analysis of market, price, and competitive trends
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement, availability, and terms
  • Monitoring relevant trends and developments in the airline and tourism markets

Management & Collaboration

  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Product Management, Revenue Management, Operations, and Sales
  • Coordination of capacity, availability, and commercial terms
  • Support in the development of competitive travel offers

Reporting & Optimization

  • Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete measures
  • Continuous optimization of existing processes and contract structures
  • Ensuring economic and quality objectives in flight contracting

What you should bring to the table:

  • Several years of experience in flight contracting, procurement, or product management —ideally in the tourism industry
  • Good knowledge of the airline and tourism markets
  • Negotiation skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with partners
  • Strong analytical and business acumen
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, tourism booking or reservation systems
  • Very good German and good English skills
