Your area of responsibility
They answer our customers' questions by email and chat. Our online travel agency is available 365 days a year to ensure the best possible customer service.
Your daily business
- Service-oriented processing of general inquiries from our customers by email and chat (e.g. regarding baggage allowance, online check-in)
- Booking of additional services (e.g. rental cars, travel insurance) and registration of special reservations (e.g. wheelchair assistance, additional baggage)
- Maintenance of the department's internal intranet
- Shift work in alternating shifts - Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00; 11:00 - 20:00; 13:00 - 22:00; weekends and public holidays: 10:00 - 18:00 (for weekend and public holiday work, appropriate time off in lieu is granted)
Your qualification
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training, alternatively practical experience in the field of tourism (also students)
- Experience in written customer service
- Enjoy written communication
- Reliability and team spirit
