Your path, your mission:

• Management and further development of up to 15 of our travel agency branches
• Planning and ensuring profitability and profitable growth
• Developing, promoting and motivating the subordinate teams
• Ensuring service quality and compliance with company guidelines
• Active and open communication with employees and specialist departments
• Conception and implementation of regional sales and marketing campaigns
• Collaboration on projects for the further development of travel agency sales
• Entrepreneurial action and independent local management, active networking
• Participation in group-wide management events
