We put together individual travel packages for our customers in real time - a perfect combination of flight, hotel and transfer. We are therefore looking to strengthen our dynamic production team. Join us in designing trips that are as unique as our customers!
These are yourtasks
- You process flight-related inquiries from our travel agency partners and customers.
- You will monitor and check automatic flight bookings.
- You maintain contact with our airline partners and are in constant communication with them.
- You will also take care of flight schedule changes, rebookings and cancelations.
What you should bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in tourism.
- Experience in the dynamic packaging of travel modules.
- Ideally experience with TOMA or similar systems.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Willingness to occasionally work at weekends and on public holidays.
