As an owner-managed tour operator, we have stood for quality at reasonable prices for our customers since 2010. We employ around 300 colleagues at our company headquarters in Koblenz am Rhein. As a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) at Reisen Aktuell GmbH, you will ensure the clean, structured and error-free implementation of our sales-driven deals in the system. You are the central interface between Commercial Management, Purchasing, Marketing and Sales and ensure that all agreed conditions are correctly mapped and implemented on time.
Your focus is on operational excellence: You work precisely, think in processes and ensure that our products meet the defined requirements exactly during and after promotions.
Your tasks
- Recording, maintaining and implementing negotiated deals and special conditions in our booking and sales systems
- Ensuring the correct mapping of all offer components (prices, services, terms, availability)
- Responsibility for monitoring promotion periods and the timely return of products to their original condition after the measures have been completed
- Operational contact person for marketing, purchasing and sales for questions about products, conditions and ongoing promotions
- Close coordination with the Commercial Manager for the efficient and error-free implementation of sales-related measures
- Continuously checking and ensuring data quality as well as identifying and rectifying discrepancies
- Supporting the optimization of internal processes and procedures in Commercial Operations
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- You are characterized by an extremely reliable, structured way of working and a high demand for quality and accuracy
- You have a good technical understanding and can quickly familiarize yourself with systems, tools and process logic
- Process-oriented thinking is easy for you, and you also recognize complex relationships and dependencies with confidence
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner support you in coordinating with various internal interfaces
- Careful and independent work is easy for you - even with a high workload, you remain structured and maintain an overview
- Very good written and spoken German and a good knowledge of MS Office round off your profile
