Do you love the feeling when a travel idea turns into genuine excitement? When people don’t just book a vacation, but eagerly look forward to their next diving adventure? Then you’ve come to the right place. In this role, you’ll advise our customers by phone and email on special diving trips and help them find the exact experience that matches their wishes.
Here are your responsibilities:
- With your passion for travel, you’ll inspire our customers and bring their dream vacations to life.
- You’ll advise customers by phone and email, identify their needs, and develop tailored diving trip offers based on those needs—from the initial contact through to the final booking.
- In sales, you’ll impress with your expertise, service-oriented approach, and a keen sense for the right travel experience.
- You’ll reliably handle the booking process with our international partners.
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- You have completed training as a tourism business administrator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification in tourism and have experience in the tourism industry.
- You enjoy advising customers, making sales, and interacting with them via phone and email.
- You work in a structured, service-oriented manner and maintain a clear overview even in dynamic situations.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a good command of English round out your profile.
