Your tasks as a customer service employee (m/f/d)

  • Contribute to a smooth vacation process for our customers
  • Answering questions and concerns about all travel matters
  • Contacting our customers
  • Ensuring our quality requirements and customer satisfaction
  • Case management in the area of customer review portals (e.g. Trustpilot, Rekla24 etc.)
  • Processing customer complaints and customer complaints

Your profile as Customer service employee (m/f/d)

  • Completed commercial training or talented career changer
  • Enthusiasm for direct customer service
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Conscientious and accurate way of working with customer data
  • Confident written and spoken German skills including very good oral and written communication skills
  • Solution and service orientation
