Your tasks as a customer service employee (m/f/d)
- Processing of written customer communication via software solution and automation tools
- Implementation of bookings, cancellations and travel-related tasks in our tourism software solutions
- Telephone queries to customers to clarify their concerns
- Ensuring our quality standards to maintain and manage customer satisfaction despite mass processing
- Participation in continuous internal training on the subject of customer communication processes and the software solutions used in this context
Your profile as a customer service employee (m/f/d)
- Completed training
- Practical professional experience in written customer communication
- Enthusiasm for daily customer service with a focus on written communication, but also telephony
- Good technical skills in handling software, Office, browser applications and customer service or complaints software
- Conscientious and accurate way of working with customer data
- Confident written and spoken German skills
- Basic understanding of data protection and data security
