Do you love providing service, have hands-on experience in the tourism industry, and can keep track of even the most complex bookings? Then join our service team at EXPLORER Travel and support our travel professionals in their daily sales work—flexibly, remotely, and with plenty of creative freedom.
Here are your responsibilities:
- Advising on and booking all incoming travel agency inquiries—both internal and external
- Building customer loyalty through the best possible service
- Representing the interests of the Explorer Group in sales and with service providers
- Processing and follow-up on rebookings, cancellations, and complaints
- Sending documents to customers and travel agencies
- Supporting back-office processes
What you should bring to the table:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification forms the foundation of your professional expertise.
- Several years of professional experience in the tourism industry ensures that you are familiar with travel sales processes.
- Ideally, you have experience with software solutions in the tour operating or travel agency environment.
- A good knowledge of travel destinations, products, and partners rounds out your profile.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and a friendly demeanor come naturally to you.
- A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction defines your approach to work.
- You explain complex topics clearly and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
- A structured, goal-oriented approach to work and a customer-centric mindset are among your strengths.
