Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all processes in the bar, restaurant, galley, and provisions departments
Ensuring sustainable quality management with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance
Leading and motivating an international team of up to 300 employees
Analyzing key business metrics and deriving recommendations for action
Implementing and maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
Your Qualifications
A degree in business administration or a comparable degree, as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in the operational F&B sector of multi-outlet companies
Experience leading an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
Previous experience in mentoring and coaching
A service-oriented host and team player with diplomatic communication skills
Fluency in German and English
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and hospitality management software
A structured and goal-oriented approach to work, combined with analytical thinking
