Head of department (m/f/d) for the Germany division

• Personnel development and management of a team of approx. 20 employees
• Organization of the quotation system, product management and travel organization and supporting participation
• Responsibility for sales and earnings for the division
• Ensuring the quality standards
• Market analysis, control of product management and price calculation for the responsible countries and targets
• Involvement in the planning and creation of advertising measures
• Communication and coordination with the management and other areas of the company
• Negotiations with service providers

• You have completed commercial training or a degree, combined with several years of experience in the tourism or group travel sector
• Experience in a managerial position with leadership responsibility and a network within the industry are an advantage
• You have very good communication skills, are empathetic, have negotiating skills and a strong service and customer orientation
• You have strong cost awareness and an analytical, results-oriented mindset
• You have knowledge of tourist destinations in Germany, are a travel enthusiast and have a feel for new trends
• You are a team player, have initiative and enthusiasm, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Contractually fluent written and spoken English is expected, ideally supplemented by further foreign language skills
• Very good command of common Office applications
• Willingness to travel on business and a class B driving license
