WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You have completed a vocational or college degree
- You have several years of professional experience in the tourism industry, preferably with a tour operator offering a similar portfolio of services or with an airline
- You have proven expertise in project and process management
- You have proven expertise in leadership and manage your team with empathy, clarity, and structure
- You have a proven foundation in business administration
- You have a good command of spoken and written English

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You’ll be responsible for transportation planning for all agreed-upon brands within the Gebeco Group
- Coordinating and negotiating with transportation companies and building a transportation network at the management level
- You’ll coordinate quota purchasing and, in collaboration with the tourism departments, monitor optimization based on yield and load factor criteria, including TUI’s transportation services
- Responsibility for optimizing transportation to generate revenue
- Coordination of internal travel management for business and personal travel
- Ensuring efficient IT and process organization, as well as the design and optimization of transportation-related IT projects
- Reviewing and developing system solutions in coordination with IT management and executive management
- Organizing and leading information and training sessions for the implementation of new workflows and system solutions.
