On board the ships, 136 positions are managed directly by TUI Cruises GmbH. A fleet of seven ships operates under the Mein Schiff® brand. Since the end of 2020, the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises brand, with a fleet of currently five ships, has also been part of TUI Cruises GmbH. The Mein Schiff® fleet offers contemporary at-sea vacations in the premium segment (Mein Schiff 1 through Mein Schiff 7, as well as the Mein Schiff Relax). TUI Cruises operates one of the most modern, environmentally friendly, and climate-friendly fleets in the world. As part of its sustainable growth strategy, the construction of another new ship is planned by 2026.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You will be responsible for pre- and post-season preparations and will select shore excursions
- You will also be responsible for data entry in MXP
- Inputting long- and short-term itineraries is part of your daily work (including developing the base program and supporting the onboard teams)
- You’ll handle pre- and post-trip coordination, including canceling or modifying shore excursions, as well as processing guest feedback
- You’ll always keep an eye on product monitoring and quality assurance, implementing appropriate measures as needed, and providing feedback to our agencies
- You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of new product and marketing strategies, including capacity management
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in maritime shipping or maritime tourism
- You have professional experience in maritime tourism (e.g., shore excursions) or in a comparable role aboard a cruise ship, with
- You stand out for your geographical knowledge and in-depth familiarity with the typical cruise destinations
- You possess conceptual and analytical thinking skills, as well as an independent, meticulous, structured, deadline- and goal-oriented approach to work
- Strong organizational skills, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure come naturally to you
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English, as well as proficiency with MS Office, round out your profile
- You are willing to travel as part of your new role
- Not required but desirable: knowledge of MXP
