Key Account Manager in Sales (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) and responsible for looking after key account customers (including travel agency cooperations and chains, online portals and other sales partners)</li
- The implementation of sales promotion and control measures with own budget responsibility as well as corresponding success controls are part of your area of responsibility as well as the coordination of projects with our sales partners
- You will carry out the associated market observation independently and prepare sales analyses and reports on sales development
- You will be responsible for preparing and following up on annual meetings with key account partners, attending conferences and supporting our info trips
What you should bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training in tourism and already have professional experience - preferably in a travel agency, with a tour operator or in another tourism company
- Structured, independent work and a customer-oriented, friendly manner are not just buzzwords for you, but lived reality
- Negotiation skills and very good MS Office knowledge are required
- In-depth knowledge of the sales landscape as well as knowledge of English and Blank are an advantage
