Your Main Purpose
- Drive business growth across Southwest Germany and Switzerland through strategic sales initiatives and strong market execution.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives, local market dynamics, and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and partners to foster sustainable collaboration and customer loyalty.
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to management.
- Represent the brand at regional trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to enhance visibility and market presence.
What will you bring?
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic sales and commercial functions.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry, with a proven track record of success in similar regional markets.
- Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication across key markets; French is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within the region to maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to coordinate multiple activities across the Group, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
