Sales Administrator / Internal Sales (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- You answer telephone and written queries from our travel agency partners and maintain the master data for the sales department
- Processing incoming agency applications and ensuring a lasting partnership with the travel agencies is one of your tasks
- In addition to checking compliance with contractual matters, you will also be responsible for master data reconciliation and evaluation using Power BI
- You initiate and support projects
- Processing travel agent discounts and coordinating the dispatch of catalogs to travel agencies
What you should bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training in tourism and already have some professional experience in sales - preferably in a travel agency, with a tour operator or in another tourism company
- A confident and friendly manner is very important to you
- Are you a team player, flexible and able to work under pressure? Great!
- Analytical thinking skills, a good understanding of numbers and an independent, goal-oriented way of working are a must for this position
- We require a willingness to work seasonal overtime as well as negotiating skills and good knowledge of MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of Blank is an advantage
