Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a “Senior Product Manager” (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for the heart of our success: our trips! You’ll manage your own portfolio and work closely with senior management on its development. You’ll be supported by our team of Product Managers. Through your procurement efforts, your trips offer extraordinary experiences as well as high-quality hotels and tour guides—all at truly competitive prices. Your Journey with Us
- You’ll ensure the success and strategic development of your product portfolio by continuously analyzing your KPIs, market trends, customer needs, and the competition
- You’ll serve as a technical leader for approximately two other product managers who will support you in managing your portfolio.
- You’ll enhance the appeal of your travel products by continuously optimizing itineraries, experiences, quality, and pricing to maintain or improve our competitiveness
- You will manage the procurement of relevant travel services ( hotels, tour guides, transfers, etc.) and negotiate independently with our service providers at the destinations
- Together with the Controlling team, you are responsible for scheduling your trips to optimize capacity utilization and ensure availability during peak travel seasons
- You serve as the primary account manager for your international partners and build long-term, trusting relationships
- You’ll work closely with senior management and the relevant product teams

- You have a relevant degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in the tourism industry is desirable but not required
- You’re passionate about SKR Reisen’s travel products
- You’re a quick learner and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- You enjoy working independently and are happy to take on responsibility
- You communicate clearly on the substance and in a friendly manner
- You have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- You enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive attitude
