Your area of responsibility
As a Tourism Clerk (m/f/d) in our travel agency in Ratingen, you will work at a location with a high customer frequency due to the market purchase and a quiet consulting atmosphere: Our branch has its own entrance and is spatially separated from the market operation.
Your daily business
- Advice on and sale of worldwide vacations from all major tour operators
- Booking and processing package tours and individual trips in the standard tourist booking systems
- Active support and long-term customer loyalty via all communication channels
- Correspondence with customers, tour operators and service partners
- Active participation in the sales success of the branch
Your qualifications
- Training as a tourism clerk or a comparable qualification in tourism sales - alternatively several years of professional experience in active travel sales in a travel agency
- sound knowledge of tourist booking systems and tour operator products
- Enjoy providing personal advice and sales service-oriented manner and strong communication skills when dealing with customers
