Travel Product Manager (m/f/d)

• You are part of an international product team with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. As an international product manager, you are responsible for our product range from Europe in all three countries of our network.</li
• You are the link between the local sales and marketing teams and the international product team. Which products need to be improved? How can we ensure that we meet the needs of our travelers?
• Your main focus is Europe. This includes countries such as Italy, Portugal, Greece, Croatia and Spain.
• It is important to develop new products and integrate new regions and destinations into our portfolio. What are the trends? You keep a close eye on developments in the market and are always on the lookout for ways in which we can stand out from the competition.</li
• We work closely with our local partners in each destination. You will be the main point of contact for them, ensuring creative solutions, commercial success, best practice and regulatory compliance. You will ensure that we remain competitive and true to our values as a responsible tour operator.</li
• We work according to the Scrum methodology.</li
• Three marketing pillars: product, price and medium (website), are your responsibility. This includes price and margin decisions, product purchasing of travel products, contract negotiations, inspirational copywriting, selection of photos for the website and system maintenance for our sales teams.
• As an international product manager, we want you to be well informed and up-to-date about your travel destinations.</li
• You will also be traveling for the job. After all, we are in the travel industry, and this is the only way you can make the right product selection for the various target markets.</li

• You have at least 2 years of experience in product management in the travel industry with a focus on Southern Europe</li
• You are courageous and not afraid to leave your comfort zone. You are ready to actively shape change.</li
• You have a deep understanding of how product, marketing and sales need to work together to enable commercial success.</li
• You are a real team player and enjoy working in an international environment.</li
• You are a strong communicator. You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.</li
• You are able to multitask. You prioritize smartly and work level-headedly.</li
